Programme Overview
A training built around the female body — not adapted to it.
Female Anatomy First

A complete residential immersion where every module is built around female anatomy, physiology, movement science and cyclical health — not added as an afterthought.

Most yoga teacher trainings are designed with a universal — often male-default — body in mind. This 100-Hour programme does something different: it takes the classical foundations of Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa and teaches them entirely through the lens of female anatomy and physiology.

You will learn to understand the menstrual cycle as a teaching tool, adapt practice across the four phases of the cycle, work with the hormonal terrain of real women, and build sequences that honour the body's changing needs — not override them.

This is not a modified 200H. It is a focused, anatomy-first training designed to give you practical tools for practising and teaching women — whether you are a new teacher finding your foundation or an experienced practitioner deepening a specialism.

Who It Is For

Ideal For

  • You're New to Teaching — you want to begin your teaching journey with a strong, women-specific foundation before, or instead of, a generic 200H.
  • You Want Anatomy Depth — you're passionate about understanding the female body properly and bringing that knowledge into your practice or classes with confidence.
  • You Work in Healthcare — physiotherapists, midwives, nurses and Ayurvedic practitioners who want practical yoga tools for working with female clients.
  • You're Building CE Hours — existing RYT 200+ teachers who want to add 100 YACEP continuing education hours and a genuine women's health specialism.

Also Suitable For

Also open to men who are planning to teach women and want to guide them holistically — with the right anatomical understanding, sensitivity and practices, rather than adapting a generic class for female students. The small-batch format means every trainee, whatever their starting point, receives individual attention across the full 15 days.

This is a residential-only programme, held in person at our Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand campus — there is no Live Online or Self-Paced version of this training.
