Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Stri Wellness website and your enrolment in any of our courses, programmes, or consultations. By completing a purchase or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Course Enrolment & Access

All enrolments are subject to availability. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with course access details within 24 hours. Stri Wellness reserves the right to reschedule a programme due to unforeseen circumstances — in such cases, enrolled students will be offered a full rescheduling option or refund.

Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, manuals, audio recordings, and resources provided by Stri Wellness are the intellectual property of Stri Wellness and Nisha Ahya. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any content without prior written permission.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour in all live sessions and community spaces. Stri Wellness reserves the right to remove any participant who violates community guidelines without refund.

Yoga Alliance Certification

Certificates are issued by Yoga Alliance USA upon completion of all required hours and assessments. Stri Wellness facilitates the certification process but is not responsible for Yoga Alliance's independent approval decisions.

Health Disclaimer

Stri Wellness is not liable for any injury, health complication, or adverse outcome arising from the practice of yoga or any techniques taught in our programmes. All participants practice at their own risk and should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new physical practice, particularly if pregnant, postpartum, or managing a health condition.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
