Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for cancellation of enrolments and sessions by students and by Stri Wellness.
Cancellation by Student — Courses
Students may cancel their enrolment by emailing support@striwellness.com. Cancellations are processed subject to the Refund Policy above. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund — eligibility depends on the timing of the request relative to the course start date.
Cancellation by Stri Wellness
Stri Wellness reserves the right to cancel or postpone a programme due to insufficient enrolments, unforeseen circumstances, or faculty unavailability. Enrolled students will be notified at least 5 days in advance and offered a full refund or transfer to the next available batch.
Live Session Cancellations
If an individual live class session is cancelled by Stri Wellness, a makeup session will be scheduled at the earliest opportunity. Students will be notified via email and WhatsApp.
Consultation Cancellations
Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance via email at support@striwellness.com or WhatsApp at +91 78610 16337. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
How to Cancel
To cancel any enrolment or appointment, email support@striwellness.com with your name, Razorpay order ID, and course or session details. Our team will confirm receipt within 24 hours on working days (Monday–Saturday).
