Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident enrolling with Stri Wellness. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Live Online Programmes

Refund requests for live programmes (200H YTTC, 100H Motherhood Mastery, 300H Hormone Alchemy, Kids Yoga TTC) must be submitted by email to support@striwellness.com before the course start date. Requests received more than 7 days before the start date qualify for a full refund minus payment gateway charges. Requests within 7 days of the start date qualify for a 50% refund or full credit transfer to the next batch. No refunds are issued after a course has commenced.

Self-Paced On-Demand Courses

For self-paced courses (Menopause Mastery 50H, Functional Yogic Anatomy 50H), refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase provided no course modules have been accessed. Once any content has been viewed, refunds cannot be issued.

1:1 Consultations

Consultations cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

Workshops

Workshop registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or credited toward a future workshop, subject to our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@striwellness.com with your full name, Razorpay order ID, course name, and reason for refund. Our team will respond within 1 working day. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Payment Gateway Charges

Razorpay processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund amount.
