Recover, Rebuild and Return to Yourself

The postpartum period asks a great deal of the body and mind, often while sleep and time are in short supply. This programme takes a gradual, phase-based approach — meeting you wherever you are in your recovery, rather than pushing a fixed timeline.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I begin postpartum yoga?
Many women begin once they have medical clearance to return to movement, often around six weeks postpartum, though this varies by individual and birth experience. We can help guide timing based on your recovery.
Is it suitable after a C-section?
Yes. Practices are adapted to your birth experience and recovery stage, including cesarean recovery, and progression is paced accordingly.
Does it support pelvic floor and core recovery?
Yes. Core and pelvic floor rehabilitation is a central part of the programme, guided through a gradual, phase-based progression.
Can I join if I have diastasis recti?
Yes. Core reconnection and diastasis-aware progression is built into the programme, and practices are adapted to your recovery.
Do I need medical clearance?
We recommend medical or pelvic-health clearance before beginning, particularly after complications, surgery or persistent symptoms. We can help you understand what to check for with your provider.
Is the programme available internationally?
Yes. Sessions are delivered live online, so new mothers in the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, UAE and elsewhere can join from home in English.
Can I join online?
Yes. The programme is delivered fully live online, three days a week, so you can join from home.
What if I am breastfeeding and sleep deprived?
The programme is designed with the realities of new motherhood in mind. Pacing is gradual, and sessions support rather than add strain to an already demanding stage.
Does the programme replace pelvic physiotherapy?
No. The programme does not replace medical or pelvic-health assessment and complements, rather than substitutes for, pelvic physiotherapy where it is needed.
How do I enrol?
Submit a programme enquiry with a few details about your recovery stage and preferred format. Our team will confirm availability and next steps within 24 hours.
