The Creative Voice Behind Stri Wellness

As the Social Media Manager at Stri Wellness, Saloni infuses clarity, creativity, and connection into everything she does. With a deep passion for wellness and storytelling, she crafts content that inspires, educates, and empowers women through every stage of their journey.

In her role, Saloni ensures that Stri Wellness’ vision and message not only reach but truly resonate with the community, fostering a sense of belonging and support for women everywhere.

Dr. Renuka D. Anvekar

Ayurvedic Physician, Educator, and Advocate for Holistic Wellness

Dr. Renuka is a distinguished Ayurvedic physician and a certified health coach with over 30 years of experience in holistic healing and early childhood development. She graduated with top honors from the Government College of Ayurveda Medicine, Bangalore, and has dedicated her career to bridging ancient wisdom and contemporary knowledge in wellness practices.

Dr. Renuka is passionate about empowering mothers, children, and educators. She specializes in programs like “Welcome Home Baby” for expectant mothers and “My Smart Baby” for early childhood development, guiding families with tools for nurturing both mind and body. As a guest faculty at KYM (Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram), she teaches Ayurveda to aspiring yoga instructors.

In her extensive academic pursuits, she has earned a Diploma in Vastu Shastra, certifications in Vedic studies and the Upanishads, and advanced her knowledge in the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita and ancient Indian mathematics. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Indian Knowledge Systems.

Dr. Yamini M. Menon

Ayurvedic Physician and Holistic Wellness Practitioner

Dr. Yamini M. Menon is a dedicated Ayurvedic physician with a specialization in Swasthavritta and Yoga. She holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and a Master’s degree in Swasthavritta and Yoga. With a focus on comprehensive wellness, she is also a certified counseling psychologist and trauma therapist, offering support to individuals seeking mental and emotional healing.

In addition to her psychological expertise, Dr. Yamini is a certified lactation professional and a prenatal and postnatal yoga coach, empowering mothers through their journey of childbirth and early motherhood. Her unique combination of skills allows her to provide holistic care that addresses both physical and emotional well-being.

Passionate about education, Dr. Yamini is committed to helping individuals and families lead healthier lives through her diverse training and compassionate approach.

In addition to her expertise in nutrition, Tanvi offers tarot card readings and Akashic readings, helping individuals gain insights into their life journeys. As a Garbh Sanskar healer, she emphasizes the importance of nurturing both physical and emotional health during pregnancy, supporting a harmonious connection between mothers and their babies. Through her diverse skill set, Tanvi empowers individuals and families to achieve balance and wellness in their lives.

Doing the prenatal postnatal TTC course at Stri wellness was the best decision of my life. The course is well designed and very well structured. Nisha has an in-depth knowledge about the physiology, anatomy of a pregnant woman. The classes were very informative and interactive. Deepali Madam’s Pranayama and Medidation classes were extremely informative. The nutrition class and Ayurveda class from the guest facilities made a huge impact on the course. I recommend with my whole heart Stri Wellness to everyone. They are the best ❤️ I wish them the best.

Super Awesome! Nisha mam has designed and delivered the whole course in a well organized way. She kept the class motivated and engaged throughout theory and yoga practices. I did practice prenatal yoga with Nisha and Dipali mam and they’re extremely good. They listen and understand my concerns and will accommodate the practice accordingly. Breathing exercises are super useful and make you feel fresh throughout the day. I do recommend Stri wellness who would like to start Yoga practice and especially during pregnancy. It really helps in calming down the body both physically & emotionally

In December I joined a drop in class coz my teacher from the 200 yttc recommended me to practice with Nisha. After the first hatha drop-in class I decided to deepen my knowledge about pranayama with Stri Wellness and joined the 50h with lovely Nisha and Dipali in Varkala. It was an amazing course, very well explained and no questions were left. I could deepen my practice and now feel the confidence to teach pranayamas.
